Job Title: Planning Administrator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our team and support the smooth flow of raw materials within our production environment. This role requires someone with a logical approach and resilience who can handle the dynamic and fast-paced nature of production planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be, to support efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan the supply of raw materials to meet production requirements.
Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Monitor stock levels and manage reorder processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and update inventory systems as necessary.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues or delays.
Analyse data to predict future material needs and support production planning. Key Skills and Qualities:
Logical and Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep track of inventory and schedules.
Resilient: Able to handle changes in production needs and adapt to last-minute adjustments with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
Good English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Planning Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a planning or production environment is a plus, though transferable skills will be considered.
