We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in the Oakham area
The Job role:

As an ideal candidate you will already be a Supervisor or Assistant Manager and have a real passion for retailing. You’ll have a track record of delivering high standards and great results. You will need to be a real people person and team player and this combined with your excellent customer service skills will enable you to engage and inspire your team.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maximising sales and performance across all KPI’s
- Have full autonomy for the running of the shopfloor, planning and implementing promotions
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach you will help create a truly amazing place to work and shop
- Ensure the store delivers exceptional standards of merchandising and stock control
