We are currently on the lookout for a Deputy Home Manager to join our fantastic team within one of our Children’s Residential Services. We are offering the following:
A basic salary of £14.22 per hour plus £30 per sleep in across 2-3 shifts per week meaning excellent work life balance
Rota is always given 4 weeks in advance
Main Purpose of the Job
To assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose.
To deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager.
To support and manage the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
To undertake direct work
