Position: Vehicle Fitter and Inspector
Location: Weston Super Mare
Salary: £28,730.00 per annum
Regular overtime available paid at time and a half, and a pay review in April.
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a workshop-based Vehicle Fitter and Inspector to join a dynamic team in Weston Super Mare.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for conducting pre-delivery inspections on various plant machinery to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
· Conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections on plant machinery.
· Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs.
· Using basic hand and power tools to weld, fix and fit grab rails and other safety features.
· Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
· Checking the oil levels and grease machines.
· Assisting with the maintenance, service and repairs of fleet when needed.
