We're recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to work for one of the biggest and most recognizable FM companies in the UK working on one of their largest contracts for a well known Media & Communications company looking after a portfolio of 100+ buildings. In this role you will be based at one of their HQ buildings in Central London where you will manage a team of 15 engineers across multiple disciplines. This role offers flexible working from home options if/when required.

Job Responsibilities for a Technical Supervisor:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Monitor building performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability

Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance skill sets and ensure competency.

Allocate workloads and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing for operations and emergencies.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local equivalent.

Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.

Maintain documentation of safety protocols and incident reports
