About the Role:
Belmont Recruitment is looking for dedicated professionals with experience working with both opiate and non-opiate clients. These positions are available for 3 to 6 months, with the potential to transition into permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop support plans tailored to each service user’s needs.

Collaborate with GPs, partner organizations, and other health and social care professionals to provide comprehensive care and specialist interventions.

Facilitate both one-on-one and group sessions, offering harm reduction strategies and support.

Manage a mixed caseload of opiate, alcohol and non-opiate service users.
Requirements:

Proven experience working with opiate clients.

Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.

Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
