Duties & Responsibilities:

Setup and chair project board meetings, planning and running the kick-off meetings for IT infrastructure projects both internally for the business and also for customers

Capture customers’ requirements at the start of a project via a work request form

Complete all project documentation including the project tracking sheet with the project support team.

Complete Statements of Work (SOW) review meetings with the customer and seek financial approval

Undertake post implementation review meetings with the customer to review lessons learned
-
Managing and reporting on project timelines and costs, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

Ensuring project risks and issues are identified, managed and mitigation plans are implemented
Minimum Experience:
-
Demonstrable experience of successfully managing IT infrastructure projects, full project lifecycle.

Hold PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent qualification
-
Able to manage relationships with customers, users, internal teams and third party organisations
