Quality Control Team Leader
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company based in Eastleigh for a Quality Control Team Leader.
Introduction
Our client are looking fo someone to drive and support development of a small team within the quality control team as well as maintaining the manufacturing schedules and improve efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Quality Control teams’ daily activities, ensuring each member of staff has clear expectations for the day and targets to achieve.

Support ongoing training and development of the QC team.

Support production operatives with quality concerns they may raise or offer technical advice throughout the manufacturing process.

To record, report on errors and quality concerns, and any repeat issues that can be communicated back into the relevant areas to prevent the same errors.

Ensure all products meet the required Quality standards.

undertake point inspections within manufacturing builds.

Manage non-conformities effectively.

Managing return requests and change note requests.

Ensure all product labelling and documentation are consistent.
Ideal Skills and Experience

Management of a manufacturing or engineering team, team leading, supervising or management (however applicants looking for their next step up will also be considered.

Quality Control experience within manufacturing or engineering
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + Overtime at Time 1/2
