Alexander Steele is thrilled to be working exclusively with hospitality company in search of a HR Manager. This position will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for overseeing all HR functions across the organisation. This includes employee engagement, recruitment, talent development, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires a forward-thinking professional to lead a team in fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly.

Lead visa application processes for international hires, ensuring compliance with all legal and organisational requirements.
Employee Engagement:

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations issues effectively, ensuring outcomes align with company values and legal standards.
HR Operations:

Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of payroll processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Optimise HR systems and processes for efficiency.

Act as the primary stakeholder for General Managers of restaurants, providing direct HR guidance and support for operational needs.
Requirements:
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
Experience:

Proven track record in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site environment.

Strong experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

Familiarity with operational payroll management and visa application processes.
