Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator
Location: Preston Hybrid Working (3/2)
Salary: up to £65k
Hours of Work: 40 hours Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
Our client is a long-standing, privately owned business specialising in domestic retrofit.
With an enviable reputation in the market, due to significant growth, they now require a level 5 qualified Retrofit Coordinator with proven experience of working within sustainability and retrofit.
Duties

Oversee the entire project, from inception to final approval.

Compliance with PAS2035 for all projects.

Coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.

Responsibility for health, safety and quality of all project works.

Site visits as required to review projects and advise installers.
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

Qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator.

A full UK driver’s licence

Minimum 1 year experience

Strong technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems

Team player with effective communication skills
