The focus of this role is to ensure our clients Customer Service Team is offering a high level of service to customers, clients and suppiers.
Responsabilities:

Oversee all customer contact from sales

Manage all interactions with customers and supplies and these to be done effectively and efficiently.

Ensure all teams emails, live chats and calls are handled to a high standard

Provide guidance and trainning

Keep up to date with currently products and ranges

Manage staff rota
