About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to work closely with our client’s Head of Asset Management and the Owner, who is actively involved in strategic decisions. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the growth and success of our diverse property portfolio.
Our client’s portfolio comprises several prestigious assets in Central London, featuring retail and leisure properties alongside a substantial development pipeline of office-to-hotel conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand the core commercial property portfolio.

Maximise income and revenue through proactive asset management.

Oversee landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Contribute to ongoing and proposed development projects, including office-to-hotel conversion schemes.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the property investment market.

Collaborate with the Asset Management 'Gatekeeper,' their assistant, and the wider Property and Facilities Management teams.
About You:

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in property asset management.

RICS-qualified or equivalent.

Strong connections within the property investment market.
-
Broad experience across all asset types; development experience would be highly advantageous.

Expertise in landlord and tenant negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

A proactive, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to asset management.
This is a Site / Office based role 5 days a week
