We are looking to expand our skilled team with a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to support our London clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their HVAC systems.
Role Summary:
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems across our clients' commercial sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of comfort and air quality in office spaces, retail environments, and other commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on various HVAC systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and AHUs.

Complete inspections and functional checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and within regulatory standards.

Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s values in all client interactions.

Maintain accurate records of work conducted, parts used, and recommendations for improvements.

Comply with health and safety regulations, working safely on-site at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

F-Gas certification (Category 1 preferred).

Proven experience working on commercial HVAC systems, ideally within an FM setting.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving license.
