Job Title: Class 2 Driver
Location: Theale
Hours: 6:00 AM or 10:30 AM starts

(Overtime applies when working a 5th shift in the same week)
Corr Recruitment is partnering with a leading home delivery department store chain specializing in home furnishings, accessories, and electronics. We are seeking reliable and motivated Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a Temp-to-Perm or ongoing basis.

Work Type: Adhoc shifts, 2-5 per week (typically 4 shifts per week)

Transport: You must have your own transport to commute to the site

Requirement: Successful completion of an induction is required to secure the role

Saturday Work: Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month
Tasks and Duties:
-
Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes within the Theale area.

Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and confirm access details.

Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are professional and timely.

Maintain accurate delivery records and comply with reporting requirements.

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Assist with the assembly of furniture in customers’ homes when required.
Requirements / Skills:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license with CPC and digital tachograph card.

Previous experience in multi-drop or furniture delivery is advantageous.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage delivery schedules.

Presentable appearance to represent the company positively.

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Willingness to comply with random drug and alcohol testing.

Reliable and proactive work ethic with excellent customer service focus.
