A beauty company based in South West London are looking for an organised and switched on Administrator to join their team.
The Sales Support Administrator role is integral to the team and will liaise with internal teams and external clients and suppliers.
Administrator Responsibilities:
Create new reports, templates, contracts and extract data using CRM system
Provide administrative support to the sales directors and teams,
Manage general enquiries
Answer any customer queries
Maintain all spreadsheets with the utmost accuracy
On-site exhibition support
Administrator Specification:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Good time management and planning skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding time and work load management
The ability to work to conflicting deadlines in a high paced work environment
