Vacancy - Internal Sales / Trade Counter Sales person
Location - Near Victoria, Central London
Industry - Electrical products
Working hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm
Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + bonuses
Responsibilities
• To ensure orders for customers are prepared and processed promptly and accurately.
• To ensure complaints and issues raised by customers are quickly resolved.
• To liaise with couriers regarding customers' orders.
• Assisting customers and helping with enquiries.
• Taking customer orders and quotes by phone and email
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Trade Counter Sales and other sales related duties as required
Skills & Experience needed?
• Good electrical product sales knowledge and experience is essential
• Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations
• Good customer service skills.
• The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
• Have worked in sales before in an electrical wholesale environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Enjoys sales and dealing with people
• Friendly, articulate, customer focused
