Senior Radiographer - MRI
Location: Private Hospital (UK)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £42,500 per year
Sign-on Bonus: £2,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Radiographer to join the Imaging department at a leading private healthcare facility. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Candidate Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.

Current registration with the Healthcare Professionals Council (HCPC).

General radiographic training and background, with specialized MRI experience.
-
Familiarity with IT systems such as RIS/PACS.

Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes.

Understanding of Radiation Regulations and professional codes of conduct (e.g., College of Radiographers and HCPC).

Functional skills in Maths and English (GCSE grades A to C or equivalent).
Responsibilities:

Participate in the efficient and safe operation of the Imaging Department, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service for patients and visitors.

Perform general and specialized radiographic procedures to high technical and quality standards, assessing patients and determining appropriate radiographic techniques.

Undertake imaging examinations in line with department protocols, ensuring radiation safety and protection.

Observe local rules, systems of work, and departmental policies to maintain best practices in radiation safety and patient care.
