The chosen applicant will oversee a small group of engineers in the facility and set an example for others to follow. The job you’ll do:

Oversight of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Setting an example in an environment that is initially 80% factory, and 20% office based.

Serving as the manufacturing floor's go-to person for everyone in need of guidance or assistance.

Effective communication with every employee in the company.

A factory figurehead.

Forecasting.

Monitoring productivity reports and recording any pertinent data.

Operations management.

Taking care of filing-related tasks such as filling lateness and return to work.
About you:
-
Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry would be preferred.

IT Literate
-
You may have Lean Management or six Sigma experience/skills.

Experience of managing or supervising a team.

Someone who leads by example.
