Womenswear Production Merchandiser - East London

Perm / Full time - office based
An exciting new role has arisen for a Womenswear Production Merchandiser for a well-established fashion supplier to high street retailers such as ASOS, River Island and Primark. A friendly and fast paced environment with great scope for career development, working across multi-product trend-led womenswear.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Closely monitor and update the critical path for designated area.
- Monitor all key dates, such as fabric FOB, trims, labels FOB dates, seal by date, cut date, etc. to make sure delivery is on track.
- Work with the technical team and production team to ensure all production deadlines adhere to the critical path.
- Liaise with the technical team and production to ensure any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively or appropriate action is taken.
- Monitor final quantity and make sure the dept is approving any shortages above 5% or any extra qty before shipment.
- Liaise with logistics and monitor the booking/dispatch of goods ensuring all is correctly processed and track through to DC.
Requirements
Personal Skills: You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.

- At least 5 years' experience as a Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser.
- High attention to detail to ensure data is input accurately.
- A team player with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels.
- You will be self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent excel skills.
Hours: - Full time/perm 9:00am to 5:30pm (flexi time), early finish Friday.
