Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting: Manage and upload job listings on the Aspire Rec2Rec website.

Social Media: Create and post engaging content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote job opportunities, company updates, and industry trends.

Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting the Aspire Rec2Rec brand through targeted campaigns, content creation, and online engagement.

Market Research: Be aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and social media performance to inform marketing strategies.

Reporting: Track and report on the performance of job posts and marketing efforts, providing insights for optimization.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong interest in sales and marketing.

Basic knowledge or experience in job posting and using job boards or recruitment platforms.

Familiarity with social media management tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

A keen interest in the recruitment industry (experience in recruitment is a plus but not required).
