Your profile
Your Responsibilities
As an Operations & Customer Care Working Student or Intern, you will extensively support the team in day-to-day operations:
Customer Care: Handle customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service, and creating positive customer experiences.
Order Management: Process B2B orders and requests efficiently and accurately, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Support: Contribute to the development and optimization of operational processes to support our growing business.
Administrative & Finance Assistance: Assist with a variety of administrative duties, including basic financial tasks such as invoice management.

You’re excited about the beauty and skincare industry and eager to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
You’re organized, proactive, reliable and detail-oriented, with a knack for finding efficient solutions to challenges.
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and are fluent in English and German.
You’re comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles is a plus.
