Bakers typically do the following:
- Prepare workstation for baking.
- Measure and weigh ingredients.
- Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders.
- Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough.
- Prepare and fill pans, molds, or baking sheets.
- Set oven temperatures and place items into ovens.
Requirements:
South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34
Must not have participated on the YES Programme before
A pass in grade 12 and an in interest in baking
