KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: - You will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management/Commerce or similar, coupled with 5-8 years experience in industrial and engineering product business development.
- You will have a proven track record in business development, achieving profitability by managing budgets, as well as effectively managing and motivating staff across 2-3 branches in the KZN region.
- You will have experience in driving digital platform sales, managing internal and external sales targets and ensuring a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- You will have experience in designing and implementing strategic planning for growth of the branches and customer databases, as well as providing management reporting for the EXCO.
- You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
