Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead projects focused on data analysis and claims processing. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively utilized to improve claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
- Analyze data related to claims to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
- Lead regular project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and gather feedback.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to claims management.
- Mentor and support team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analysis and claims.
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
