A leading contractor is looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Manager.
The main objective of the role is to develop and deliver the national compliance supply chain strategy. You will:
- Manage national supply chain compliance.
- Manage the mobilisation and onboarding of new suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage procurement systems requirements, such as reporting, resolving issues, and managing access.
- Lead a small transactional buying team who manage group-wide low value orders.
- Strategically manage group indirect category agreements.
- Occasionally attend sites to monitor compliance and provide system support and training.

Candidate Requirements
Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years of procurement experience from any main contractor, large subcontractor, or public sector organisation. Candidates should have:
- Demonstrable experience of managing small buying teams.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing new or improving existing procurement and supply chain systems.
- Demonstrable experience of managing compliance of the supply chain.
