Position : Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as COMMERCIAL Vehicle Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership
- Senior Certificate
- Valid South African Drivers License Code 14 beneficial
- Ability to manage total financial and budgeting aspect of the department (E.g. Forecasting OEM, Reporting to OEM, Rebate Management, Floor Plan Management)
SKILLS :
- Valuations of trade in vehicles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High Level of motivation, initiative and integrity
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Stock Control, including OEM reporting and floorplan management
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target (15 + units delivered)
- Maintain and grow fleet customer basis
- Target new customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service internal to both internal and external clients
- Adhere to company standards and manage prescribed work processes
- Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling vehicles
