This position is ideal for a self-disciplined individual with 2 – 3 years’ experience in fruit quality management and compliance within the fruit packing industry. Your expertise will ensure that products meet the highest standards and help maintain a reputation with retailers, traders, and wholesalers.
As a Food Technologist (Agri), you’ll travel regularly to various packhouses, making reliable personal transportation essential. Your responsibilities will include determining product specifications, developing guidelines, performing regular quality inspections at packing facilities, and leading client visits. You’ll be pivotal in evaluating packing formats and implementing new concepts and innovations.
