Our client in the Packaging Industry is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong multi-tasking capabilities, critical thinking skills, and a high sense of urgency. Ideally to be able to start in January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting, and generating new leads.
- Interacting with customers by phone, email, and/or in person to receive orders, cancellations, and changes for products or to clarify needs/requirements.
- Interfacing with other internal departments to facilitate the order flow process.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience within the packaging industry preferred.
- High energy go-getter.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Willing to learn the business.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Target-driven.
- Own reliable motor vehicle as this is a client-facing position.
Salary comprises of a Basic, plus fuel card, plus commission.
