What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present quotes to large commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify potential clients and explore opportunities in alternative crops.
- Share client feedback to support our innovation and R&D efforts.
- Implement and manage our CRM system to stay organized and effective.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Grade 12 minimum; a tertiary qualification in agriculture is a bonus!
- Experience: 3-5 years in agricultural sales (this one’s non-negotiable).
- Skills: Strong technical know-how, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and self-motivation.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent numerical skills.
- Personality: Energetic, meticulous, and passionate about creating the best customer experience.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (conversation level or higher).
- Extras: A valid, unendorsed driver’s license, a reliable motor vehicle, and a willingness to travel locally and internationally when needed.
