- The Distribution Executive develops and directs the operational strategy, business processes and systems for overall distribution operations, including but not limited to:
- order fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and logistics. This is an integral part of the supply chain and involves establishing a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market.
- Maintains customer rapport and builds relations with customers.
- The focus is to develop long-term relationships with end customers as part of the Distribution leg.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Plastics and/or Chemicals Industry.
- Proven work experience as a distribution manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Proven sales/distribution track record.
- Experience in customer support.
- Established customer relationships will be an advantage.
- Good industry knowledge.
- Market knowledge.
- Able to build rapport and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Able to identify business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Dual Office and Home-work based. Home office should be equipped with good, stable internet connectivity and backup power supply to be able to work during loadshedding.
