Requirements:
- At least a B Degree or equivalent in the field of Education. A post graduate qualification would be an advantage.
- Proven working experience as Education and/or Training Manager with SAQA, QCTO, and SETAs or other Education and/or Training Senior Management or Executive experience for at least 5 years.
- Experience within the tertiary education and training system will be a distinct advantage.
- A degree or occupational qualification in internal audit would be an advantage.
- Internal Audit experience at a senior level would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience in governance related position would be an advantage.
- Valid Driver’s Licence with own reliable transport.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
The Manager: Education is responsible for all portfolio administration related to continuous professional development, certification, national learner records database (NLRD) and accreditation. This includes, but is not limited to, administration, obtaining information via communication with members, data capturing, regulatory body liaison, financial aspects, staff management, exam and graduation ceremony administration.
