JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales management and all it entails for Botswana region.
- Manage and plan key account activities and promotions to optimize growth for the client in Botswana sales and market share with assigned Key account partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and gather customer insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies within Botswana region.
- Establish clear sales objectives, in conjunction with senior management of the client, for the region and each team member to meet the objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- BVSc/DVS or related Degree/combined with Professional Certification in Veterinary Industry would be advantageous.
- Degree/Diploma in Sales Marketing essential with Financial Management in support advantageous.
- Registration with local relevant professional institutions.
- 7 – 10 Year experience in all aspects of Sales, Financial Management & Marketing.
- Advantages will be provided to candidates having previous sales & marketing experience within a veterinary pharmaceutical industry at same or similar level.
- Experience with Veterinary Pharmaceutical products essential.
- Advanced Project Management skills.
- Track records in strategically managing multiple tasks running simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, meet deadlines.
