This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Capital (HC) teams across all areas of Human Capital management. The role involves close collaboration with the Human Capital Manager, HC Administrators in various branches, and the Payroll Department to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to the business. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing personnel documentation, supporting recruitment processes, overseeing employee benefits, generating reports, maintaining departmental policies and procedures, and handling queries.
Additionally, this role plays a critical part in aligning the company’s Human Capital and Industrial Relations (IR) processes with its Vision and Mission, ensuring that all employment activities comply with South African Labour Law and related regulations.
Must-have requirements :
- Grade 12 / Matric, accompanied by a relevant tertiary qualification such as a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Relations.
- Code 8 Drivers Licence
- Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or related qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge and application of MEIBC main agreement
- Working knowledge of Kerridge
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, primarily focusing on benefits administration and support for other Human Capital functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with excellent computer literacy skills.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), and Skills Development Act (SDA).
