What You’ll Do:
Job Advertising & Candidate Sourcing
- Create and post compelling job ads across platforms like Logic Melon and LinkedIn.
- Source and review applications using tools like Reed Watchdogs and LinkedIn Saved Searches.
- Work with our global teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Shortlisting & Engagement
- Conduct Boolean and profile code searches to identify the best-fit candidates from CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Engage candidates via email, text, WhatsApp, and phone calls, presenting exciting opportunities and assessing their suitability.
- Organize Zoom calls and follow-ups to maintain a personal touch throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate data and update progress using CRM systems (Talisman).
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with clients, and ensure all details are captured and communicated efficiently.
- Support consultants with job priorities, CV submissions, and calendar updates.
- Liaise with outsourced teams in South Africa and India for CV processing, admin tasks, and profile updates.
- Work closely with directors and consultants to align on priorities and strategy.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A tech-savvy individual with a knack for organization and detail.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Talisman, Logic Melon, and LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
