Hours : UK working hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Develop & Optimize : Build and enhance robust, scalable back-end solutions for web-based applications.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with global teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
- Umbraco Expertise : Use your experience with Umbraco to create and maintain dynamic, content-driven applications.
- Front-End Integration : Seamlessly integrate back-end systems with intuitive front-end components.
- Mentor & Lead : Inspire and guide junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Strategize : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience :
- Proven mid-senior or senior-level experience in back-end development.
- Demonstrated success in web-based projects, preferably within agency environments.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in .NET and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Umbraco, including building and maintaining applications.
- Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic, scalable applications.
- Strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
