The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating, planning, coordinating, and implementing learnerships, internships, and impact resourcing projects. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department: Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a thorough understanding of the SAQA / NQF framework (this is a great advantage).
- Have project management capabilities – scope, initiate, and manage the project to execution.
- Be able to work independently.
- The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including clients, SETAs, trainers, and learners.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Have written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to handle pressure.
- Ability to plan, control, and organize work and take own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years’ experience dealing with internships/learnerships.
- Strong admin background – 1-2 years.
- Must have Excel – Intermediate phase.
