Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP IT Service Delivery at EXL in City of Cape Town. The AVP IT Service Delivery will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, service management, and IT management tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Clear credit and criminal record
- 15+ years in an IT role with at least 6 years in IT Service Delivery
- Experience within a BPO/Contact Centre is essential
- Analytical Skills, IT Operations, and IT Service Management
- Experience in Information Technology and IT Management
- Experience in a client-centric role within a Contact Centre environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Project management certification is a plus
- ITIL certified
