Your new role
As the Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for working closely with customers every day, responding to incoming queries, developing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring you are following up on speculative enquiries, speaking to customers about their needs and using in depth product knowledge, a consultative approach.
You'll need to maintain accurate customer records, order entry processing, provide quotes and valuations.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar role is essential. Previously, having worked directly with customers, dealing with a wide product base and the movement of goods.
