The Branch Manager will manage and oversee ; branch personnel improving productivity , operations of the b ranch streamlining processes and/or activities to maximize results , with a n ultimate focus on Sales . In coordination with the sales team members, generate and qualify leads, promote the companys products and services, and identify sales opportunities for new business to increase the overall sales of the Branch maximizing income and profit. Branch managers often have a hands-on approach in making sure their branch performs as expected. They p lan , implement, and manage areas of responsibility . Above average sales leadership, management excellence, and operational expertise will enable the successful applicant to create an exceptional customer experience and expansion of the client base. To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets Responsib le for the full financial and administration aspects of the branch. This will include planning, organizing, co-ordination and control of the branch and all its inventory functions. In conjunction with The Board , the setting and reviewing of targets. Coordinate with Market Managers and prepare all required reports and ensure achievement of all sales objectives and analyse progress of all activities. Execute all strategic business plans and monitor all branch sales process and maintain product knowledge. Ensuring business is compliant and a dhering to regulations , e nforcing safety measures. Training , Mentoring , Mediating , Motivating employees Meeting targets and deadlines Stay abreast of competing markets . Manage all marketing plans and programs and provide training to all service personnel to ensure effective customer services. Direct sales program to develop new markets. Make joint calls with salesmen as needed. Successfully resolve customer issues timely and professionally. Direct warehouse operations. Maintain necessary inventory levels, order materials, route deliveries and pickups. Manages workflow to assist staff in balancing priorities, providing backup support if needed and otherwise ensuring that all work is accomplished with an appropriate sense of urgency. M anagement decisions, communication, and behavior create a culture and a team that works together to meet customer needs and achieve desired results. Oversee training as well as identify and foster development opportunities for all branch personnel as required or needed. Periodically evaluates the performance of branch personnel, develop goals and objectives . Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed. Promote an environment of empowerment, respect, and trust while holding team members accountable for their actions. Any additional duties as required .
