Key Accountabilities/ Principal Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding Functions
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Oversee, review and implement all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
Align digital marketing strategies with broader organisational objectives by collaborating with other divisional heads.
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the business divisions detailing the yearly activity to meet agreed company objectives.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical marketing activities.
Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push service for marketing purposes, working with all departments for its execution
Digital Marketing
Website management and reporting
Present digital marketing initiatives to key company stakeholders.
Plan and manage all digital marketing activities aligned to agreed marketing objectives
Ensure that Websites are current and ranked in the top 3 list of companies
Manage Linked-in and social media platforms
Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing strategies
Conduct testing and analyse digital performance data, implementing changes based on test results to enhance effectiveness
Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience
Financial Management
Develop and manage budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve marketing and brand awareness targets.
Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new digital marketing initiatives to determine their feasibility and potential return on investment.
Ensure that all financial management practices within the marketing sphere adheres to the Companys policies and procedures
People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure team members meet and exceed performance targets.
Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members.
Determine and analyse development needs for the team and ensure that identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed.
Business Development
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Develop marketing /sales strategies with departments that will inform the digital and print media to create Call-to-Action marketing material
Ensure that all statutory and marketing related material for tender processes are up to date, relevant and supports the bid process within the business
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests/projects, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Relationship Building:
Collaborate closely with senior management and divisional teams to gather insights and align content initiatives within Company strategic goals.
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Monthly division P&L reporting
Monthly website and social media trend analysis and reporting

Key Skills and Experience
Marketing Degree/Diploma
Approximately 4-6 years of marketing and sales experience, preferably in the property/FM industry.
Experience and success in the Facilities Management sector is preferable.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
Experience in Press and PR management
Strong command of the English language
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A willingness to travel.
Digital marketing management experience
Must be proficient in MS Office 2021 suite
