Any of the following qualifications: 3 Year Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.

 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment. Additional Advantage: Experience in talent retention.
•Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
•Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, suitability and cultural fit.
•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future human resources needs.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates.
•Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment processes.
•Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
