ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our activities and impact are expanding and our teams are growing exponentially since the last 2 years. This is why the Certification team, specifically the Registration team of experts are looking forward to welcome you as Registration Process Manager at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.
The Registration Process Manager has the objective to ensure a smooth registration process for ISCC's applicants to become system users. The registration process includes due diligence checks, customer- and certification body support.

Your main duties will be:
- Registration approval on ISCC HUB
- Registration process optimization regarding due diligence checks, user experience improvements as well as process automatization together with IT including respective testing
- Technical bug reporting across all affected tools e.g. HUB, IDA, Wordpress etc.
- ISCC requirement analysis and process adjustments to meet system changes done by ISCC EU/ISCC PLUS / ISCC CORSIA team
- Registration process related system user and CB support (registration@iscc-system.org inbox)
- E.g. visibility issues related to roles
- Daily task distribution to working students to process registration imports (to be automatized in longer run)
- Enhancing Standard Operating Procedures
- University degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability or Law
- At least 2-3 years professional experience
- At least 0-1 years of relevant work experience within the industry (organisations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics
- Preferred: experience with sustainability certification, labels and/or contracts, system usage agreements, Terms of Use etc.
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken), C1 level
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken), min. B2 level
- Very good general IT proficiency
- Basic understanding of certification systems
- Solid core values, integrity, confidentiality and reliability
- Professional communication with the ability to reach out different stakeholders
- Very good intercultural competences
- Excellent ability to explain and transfer knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
