About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage a residential home for young people. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality support, building partnerships, and managing a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the care and development of young people

Manage staffing, budgets, and resources

Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support

Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma or working towards it

Experience managing or deputising in a children’s home

Strong knowledge of LAC procedures and therapeutic strategies

Full driving licence
