My client has an immediate opportunity for a Property Services Administrator top join their team on an initial interim basis.
Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls reporting maintenance issues

Liaise with surveyors, trade staff and customers to book appointments

Track the progress open jobs, closing once complete
-
Raise purchase orders when required
-
Assist the wider team with administrative tasks as and when required
