Test and Assembly Technician
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Test and Assembly Technician for a leading manufacturing company based in Andover.
Introduction
The primary role of the Test and Assembly Technician will involve electro-mechanical testing as well as assembly, repair and build of the site's products to high specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and testing precision electro-mechanical systems
- Electro-mechanical assembly
- Fault finding and and repairing test instruments
- Work to assembly drawings and schematics
Ideal Experience:
- Previous experience within an electrical/electro-mechanical assembly or test role.
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
- Attention to detail
- IT literate
- Any Continuous Improvement experience would be an advantage
Hours: Day Shift - flex on start and finish times
Salary: 28,500 - 32,500
