This stand-alone role on permanent nights offers autonomy to take ownership of quality processes, with support from the production team when needed.
You ll:
- Inspect production processes and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and BRC.
- Conduct product testing, including allergen swabs and taste panels.
- Keep detailed records and support internal audits.
- Help train staff on food safety practices.
The Essentials:
- 2+ years of QA experience.
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- A driving license and your own vehicle (no public transport available).
