Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of armored vehicle systems and subsystems. Sound understanding of the manufacturing processes and materials. Knowledge of military specifications and defense industry standards (MIL-STD & NATO). Problem solving, communication, and ethical leadership are advantageous.
