- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Payroll Administration
- Disciplinaries
- HR Administration
- Record keeping
- HR Reporting & Analytics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- HR Degree or Diploma
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership and strong management skills
- Communication Skills
- Approachable
- Strong understanding of the labour laws
- Proficient in MS Office as well as CRM and payroll systems
