Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
Welcome and greet customers.
Inform customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
Recommend and display items to customers according to their taste and style.
Maintain the quality of services provided to customers.
Maintain friendly and good relations with customers.
Actively involved in receiving new shipments.
Keep up to date with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
Receive, unpack, and arrange new shipments from suppliers and vendors.
Arrange and label goods on display shelves.
Price, label, and barcode items when needed.

Skills and Requirements

Proven working experience in retail sales.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
