We are seeking an individual who is a strategic thinker with a passion for retail.
This position reports directly to the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an extroverted personality.
Key Deliverables:
- Managing a shift of 8+ employees.
- Capturing daily banking.
- Merchandising and receiving stock.
- Handling customer requests and complaints promptly.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Achieving and exceeding store targets.
Key Relationships:
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
- Matric certificate.
- 1-3 years of contactable experience in a retail supervisory position.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 8+.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
- Consistently delivered results above industry norms.
